In the south east of Sicily and Syracuse district, only 15 km from Noto, a Unesco Heritage baroque city, an hour drive from Catania and Comiso airports, 30 minutes away from the beautiful beaches and the Natural Reserve of Vendicari, close to the rural village of Testa dell’Acqua and the iblean hills, we propose:
A 165 squared metres typical farm house surrounded by a one hectar flat agricultural land. Rocky corners of mediterranean maquis give the place its charm.
The house is in good conditions however it needs refurbishing.
Behind the house there is a building that used to be a stable and can now be transformed and attached to the main house .
The location is open and south facing with rocky spots, thymus, sage, and wild plants that create a rich and aromatic plants
The rural borough of Testa dell’Acqua offers open pastures and local production of cheese and vegetables.
A drilled well as well as electricity are available .
The place lands itself to be a a romantic holiday hideout as well as being suitable for a prolonged stay.
